Since 2001, H.E.L.P. International has partnered with Christian Friends of Israel to bring practical support, encouragement, and hope to the people of Israel. Through this long-standing partnership, we have shipped containers filled with thousands of pieces of clothing, essential household goods, and critical medical supplies — meeting tangible needs for families throughout the nation. Our heart is rooted in the Biblical promise: “I will bless those who bless you.” — Genesis 12:3

For us, blessing Israel is not symbolic — it is active, relational, and practical.

We are also supporting Aliyah: A New Beginning

Each year, Jewish families from around the world make Aliyah — returning to Israel to build a new life. Many arrive with limited resources and immediate needs. Through our partnership with Christian Friends of Israel, H.E.L.P. International has helped provide:

Clothing and household essentials
Medical supplies and equipment
Practical support for families transitioning into Israeli society
Encouragement to those beginning again

These supplies help families move from uncertainty to stability — from arrival to belonging.

Empowering the Ethiopian Jewish Community

“Push for Fulfillment” Resource Center

In addition to container shipments, H.E.L.P. International is helping fund a vital community resource initiative within Israel’s Ethiopian Jewish population called “Push for Fulfillment.”

This resource center focuses on:

Community support and mentoring
Educational advancement
Practical life skills development
Strengthening cultural identity and dignity
A youth center, and training facility.
